Your responsibilities

• Provide training on our Cortex software (remotely or in person at our clients’ locations all around the world);
• Respond to customers on the basic functionalities of the software;
• Diagnose the technical difficulties encountered by customers;
• Complete service tickets and follow up on satisfaction;
• Contribute to the improvement and enhancement of the customer experience;
• Plan customer interventions;
• Act as a liaison between the client and the other departments of the company;
• Redirect and escalate support calls.

Your experience

• Degree in computer science;
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
• Excellent knowledge of information technology.
